Your Agreement to these Terms of Service

Welcome to the services operated by Brali Dev (collectively with its affiliates, “Brali Dev” or “We”) consisting of the website available at https://www.bralidev.eu, and its network of websites, software applications, and any other products or services offered by Brali Dev (the “Brali Dev Services”). Other services offered by Brali Dev may be subject to separate terms.

When using the Brali Dev Services, you will be subject to Brali Dev’ rules that are available on the Brali Dev Services Website or App, or disclosed to you in connection with specific services and features you may be offered. Brali Dev may also offer certain paid services, which are subject to this term and/or as any additional terms or conditions that are disclosed to you in connection with such services.

The Terms of Service apply whether you are a user that registers an account with the Brali Dev Services or an unregistered user. You agree that by registering, downloading, accessing, or using the Brali Dev Services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement between you and Brali Dev regarding your use of the Brali Dev Services. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not access or otherwise use any of the Brali Dev Services.

When using Brali Dev or opening an account with Brali Dev on behalf of a company, entity, or organization (collectively, "Enlisted Organization”), you represent and warrant that you: (i) are an authorized representative of that Enlisted Organization with the authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Service and grant the licenses set forth herein; and (ii) agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of such Enlisted Organization.

Account

Account and Password

In order to open an account, you will be asked to provide us with certain information such as an account name and password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, your password and for restricting access to your computer. If you permit others to use your account credentials, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of all other persons who use the Services under your account or password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please make sure the information you provide to Brali Dev upon registration and at all other times is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Brali Dev, you may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, share, or provide access to your account to anyone else, including without limitation, charging anyone for access to administrative rights on your account. Brali Dev reserves all available legal rights and remedies to prevent unauthorized use of the Brali Dev Services, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and, in serious cases, directly contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) regarding such unauthorized use.

Third-Party Accounts: Brali Dev may permit you to register for and log on to the Brali Dev Services via certain third-party services. The third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your information will be subject to that third-party service’s Privacy Policy. Further information about how Brali Dev collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you link your Brali Dev account with your account on any third-party service can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Use of Devices and Services Access to the Brali Dev Services may require the use of your personal computer or mobile device, as well as communications with or use of space on such devices. You are responsible for any Internet connection or mobile fees and charges from third parties that you incur when accessing the Brali Dev Services.

Intellectual Property, Usage Rights and Legal Disclaimer

Unless otherwise noted, all content on our websites/products is copyrighted by Brali Dev. All rights are reserved, and content may not be reproduced, downloaded, distributed, or transferred in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Brali Dev, except as detailed below.

Trademarks mentioned in the Brali Dev Services are owned by their respective holders. Any mention of products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or supplier within the Brali Dev Services does not imply our endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or any form of affiliation with those entities.

Users are permitted to download pages or content for personal use on a single computer, but no part of the content may be reproduced, downloaded, shared, or transferred in any form or by any means without obtaining prior written permission from Brali Dev. Additionally, users must provide proper credit to Brali Dev. By accessing our websites/products, you agree that your usage is limited to browsing, viewing, and saving copies of pages for personal use only. Any duplication, downloading, publishing, modification, or distribution of the material for any other purpose requires our explicit authorization.

Code of Conduct / Forbidden Conduct

You AGREE TO NOT violate any laws, agreements, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others, and you accept full responsibility for your actions while using Brali Dev Services. You will refrain from engaging in any wrongful acts. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your behavior while using the Brali Dev Services.

You agree to follow these Terms of Service and will not:

Upload, send, create, share, or save content that is misleading, unlawful, infringes on the rights of others, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violates privacy or publicity rights, or is harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise unacceptable.

Pretend to be someone else or represent any organization falsely; claim an affiliation with a person or entity that is not true; access another user's Brali Dev Services account without authorization; forge someone else's digital signature; mislead others about the origin, identity, or content of information transmitted through Brali Dev Services; or engage in any other similar fraudulent actions.

Send unsolicited emails or spam to users of Brali Dev Services, which includes but is not limited to advertising, promotional materials, or other solicitations; mass distribution of commercial ads, chain letters, informational bulletins, charity requests, petitions, or anything related to promotional giveaways (such as raffles or contests); or engage in other similar activities.

Collect or gather email addresses or other contact details of users from Brali Dev Services without permission.

Defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or deceive users of Brali Dev Services, or attempt to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent.

Delete, remove, bypass, disable, damage, or interfere with (i.) security features of Brali Dev Services or user-generated content, (ii.) features that prevent copying or using content accessible through the services, (iii.) features that enforce usage limitations on the services or user content, or (iv.) copyright or proprietary notices on the services or user content.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or discover the source code of Brali Dev Services or any part of it, except as explicitly allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

Alter, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Brali Dev Services or any part of it, except where such actions are legally permitted despite this restriction.

Interfere with or damage the functioning of Brali Dev Services, or disrupt another user's experience, by any means, such as uploading or spreading viruses, spyware, adware, worms, or other harmful software.

Use a third party’s email servers to relay messages without their permission.

Access any website, server, software, or computer resource owned, operated, or licensed by Brali Dev, including the Brali Dev Services, through the use of any automated tools like robots, spiders, scrapers, or crawlers, for any purpose, or bypass any security measures Brali Dev has put in place to prevent or limit access to such resources,

Alter identifiers to conceal the source of any user content sent via the Brali Dev Services.

Interfere with or disrupt Brali Dev Services, servers, or networks connected to the services, or violate any policies, procedures, or regulations of networks connected to Brali Dev Services; use the services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact other users' experiences, or that could damage, overload, or impair the operation of Brali Dev Services in any way.

Attempt to use another user's account without their consent and without approval from Brali Dev.

Try to bypass content filters or access restricted areas or services of Brali Dev that you are not authorized to access.

Falsely suggest, without prior written consent, that you are affiliated with Brali Dev or that we endorse you or your products or services in any way.

Use Brali Dev Services for illegal purposes or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, data protection, and privacy laws.

Brali Dev is not liable for any statements or claims made in User Content and does not endorse any opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed within it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brali Dev explicitly disclaims all liability related to User Content. Brali Dev reserves the right, as allowed by law, to remove, review, or modify any User Content posted or stored on its services at any time and without prior notice, especially if the content violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for making backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on Brali Dev Services, at your own expense. Any misuse of Brali Dev Services in violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access rights.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Brali Dev is not responsible and assumes no liability for any User Content, nor for any loss or damage that may result from it. Brali Dev is also not responsible for any errors, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, false statements, obscenity, pornography, or offensive material you may encounter while using the Brali Dev Services. You use the Brali Dev Services at your own risk. Furthermore, this Terms of Services do not give third parties any right to take legal action or to expect that the Brali Dev Services will be free of prohibited content.

For users residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland acting as Consumers, (i) Brali Dev will only remove, review, or modify User Content for legitimate reasons, such as when it violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws, and (ii) unless unreasonable or legally prohibited in specific cases, Brali Dev will promptly inform you of the reason for taking such action.

If the website allows the publication of comments, the user is fully responsible for their contributions. We are not responsible for the opinions of third parties published on the site. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, inappropriate or violates the terms described here.
